    The article is devoted to the issues of training specialists in the field of environmental safety in universities in the context of the implementation of the transition to the Federal State Educational Standard higher professional education 3++ training direction «Technosphere safety», the introduction of the professional standard «Specialist in environmental safety (in industry)», taking into account changes in regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental safety. The purpose of the research is to determine the current requirements for the system of training specialists in the field of environmental safety, taking into account changes in the legislation regulating this area. The following research methods are used in the work: the study and analysis of regulatory legal acts, domestic literary sources, resources of departmental and educational Internet portals in the field of environmental safety. As a result of the study, it was revealed that fundamental changes in regulatory, administrative, economic, control and supervisory management methods and the use of state online services in the field of environmental safety in the Russian Federation determine the specifics of the content of theoretical and practical training of environmental specialists. It is concluded that the professional standard for specialists in the field of environmental safety, introduced in September 2020, the requirements for the content of bachelor's and master's training in the direction of «Technosphere safety» should be the basis for the development of the Main educational professional program by universities (the choice of professional competencies, the formation of the curriculum, the formation of practice programs, the final certification program).

  • Formation of Intellectual Activity of Primary Schoolchildren in the Process of Learning to Play Chess

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is the solution of the problem of activating the intelligence of students, it seems especially relevant as an innovative technological stage that promotes young chess players to a higher level of realization of creative inclinations and abilities, intellectual potential. The following methods are used in the learning process: observation, testing, conversation, game methods, methods for solving chess problems, writing games, designing and solving original chess problems, modern information technologies, participation in competitions, including the Internet competitions, viewing and analyzing the content of chess games, participation in tournaments and competitions, P. Torrens creativity test «Finish a painting». Results. The Torrence test, conducted at the beginning and at the end of the study, determined the effectiveness of the experiment. We got a result that differs from the initial one: if the number of children with a low level was 27%, then at the final stage up to 19%, some of them moved to the middle level, some went to the group with a high level. The number of students with a high level at the beginning – 12%, at the end of the experiment – 21%. Conclusions. The intellectual activity of younger schoolchildren in the process of learning to play chess suggests that the student demonstrates the ability to break from the traditional solution and type of tasks to another type of tasks – original, non-standard, having a different proof algorithm, significantly improves the quality of training of young chess players, activates mental activity. The main thing is the active internal activity of the child himself, the realization of intellectual abilities, the development of inclinations, their transformation into intellectual abilities, unconventional, contradictory, creative thinking, the presence of a life goal to achieve chess heights, which determines his further own nature of activity.

    The relevance of the monograph section is determined by the demand for scientific developments at the present stage aimed at combating poverty. In the light of the recent resolutions of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin and government legislative acts, the developments made appear to be exactly the instrumental support that will help to expand, adapt and implement the best territorial practices to improve the quality of life in our country. On the basis of system, complex, process and situational approaches, the authors of the material analyzed a number of existing models of the socio-economic plan at the regional level. The conclusions made help to develop an adaptation mechanism that allows you to copy the successful experience of individual territories to many others. In addition, it is possible for researchers to create cluster packages of software-targeted support for the process, as a set of measures to combat poverty throughout the country.

  • Analysis of the Level of Physical Fitness of Students under the Impact of Distance Learning

    The article deals with the problem of the influence of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students. The use of modern information and communication technologies has led to the creation of a new educational environment, which, as part of the training, has provided students with the opportunity to independently acquire knowledge in the context of constantly updated information. The discipline «Physical Education» is one of the main practical classes in the university program, and in order to assess how the new proposed training conditions will affect the quality of physical fitness of students, we will conduct a study within the framework of physical education classes. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students. Objectives of the study: to consider the content of distance learning, to analyze the passing of the standard running 100 m., to conduct an experiment and check the impact of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students, to draw conclusions and make recommendations. The research methods are the generalization of scientific and methodological literature, the method of mathematical statistics, and the pedagogical experiment. Organization and results of the study. The study was conducted with students of the 1st year of full-time study at the Perm State Technical University. As a result of the experiment, it was revealed that during distance learning, the theoretical part of the students mastered better, and in the practical part (running 100 m.), the results deteriorated, since most of the physical culture program was presented in the form of theoretical and methodological-practical sections, and there was no possibility of active and systematic running, mastering technical and tactical training techniques and improving them.

  • Estimation of Endurance Development in Students at the Agricultural University

    The article discusses endurance, its role in improving performance capability, the need for mental and physical activity. The value of endurance for the health-improving and training process is analyzed. The article substantiates the importance and necessity of endurance as a physical quality that determines the state of health and the level of physical training. It should be emphasized that the development of endurance contributes to the high functional capabilities of all organs and systems of the body. The results of control standards for the requirements of the university are analyzed. Endurance indicators are analyzed in accordance with the requirements of the GTO standards, and the article assesses the development of students' endurance in an Agricultural University. Method of research. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the results was carried out. Search, analysis, generalization of methodological literature and the method of control tests were used. The study duration is 3 years, from 2016 to 2019. The study involved 74 young men aged 18–24 years. The dynamics of the level of physical training is revealed. The relationship between the level of physical training and the successful implementation of control standards and requirements of the GTO standards is revealed. Test result. According to the results of the study, the average level of endurance development was recorded. At delivery testing of the GTO endurance, revealed that on average, students take norm on a silver GTO badge, 30.5% of students are unable to cope with the demands of the all-Russian sports complex in the test. Analysis of the results of the table of control tests of the University in physical education classes allows us to note an increase in the number of students who completed the control standard by 1, 2, 3 points, as well as a decrease in the number of those who did not pass this test. It is concluded that the average level of physical training for this test is recorded. The development of physical qualities, including endurance, ensures harmonious physical development, strengthening of all systems and organs, increasing functional capabilities, reducing fatigue symptoms, and rapid recovery of the body. The development and improvement of endurance is effectively provided by independent classes in physical education and sports.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that standards of training graduates for various sectors of the economy are set by modern economic realities. It is noted that nowadays the knowledge obtained by a graduate should be relevant and consistent with the latest trends in the socio-economic development of society. In these conditions, economic knowledge is necessary for the wider population receiving education in various specialties, including potential doctors and pharmacists. The author also pays special attention to the fact that results obtained after conducting knowledge evaluation test of students studying at Kuban State Medical University on the basis of testing the project “Federal Internet exam in the field of professional education: competency-based approach” revealed a qualitative increase. It is concluded that in many respects, the indicator was achieved due to the improvement of the teaching methods of economic disciplines and the adaptation of the material presented in textbooks on economics to the profile of a medical university.

In Uzbekistan, Jim Barrett's “Deduction” test has been adapted for adolescents and standardized assessment criteria for ninth grade pupils.     This article discusses the implementation of a model of inclusive education in general education organizations and the construction of an educational route for students with disabilities. It is through the substantive and organizational sections of the adapted basic general education programmes that special conditions are created and observed to ensure that children with special needs and disabilities have equal access to quality education in general education organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development and the recommendations of psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions. The main aim of the study is to systematize and improve the professional competencies in supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups on the development of adapted basic general education programs of educational organizations. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the following analytical methods have been employed: retrospective analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of periodical press and proceedings of scientific conferences on the subject; as well as practical methods (including own experience of working in the fields of specialized education and advanced training). In addition, BE of FVE “Chuvash Republican Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia” proposed a program of advanced training “Organizational and Substantive Aspects of Inclusive Education,” based on legal, theoretical and methodological principles. The results of the conducted study show that supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups – are gaining significant practical knowledge of developing adapted basic general education programmes. It can be concluded that the planned results of the program suggest elimination of professional deficiency concerning the organizational and substantive issues of constructing an educational route for children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive education, as well as development of adapted basic general education programs of an educational organization.

    Difficulties that exist in the prevention of students' deviant behavior, implemented by educational institutions, are shown, requiring establishment of standards and activity regulations that would increase its effectiveness due to the integrative, regulatory, communicative and stabilizing functions of the standards. Effective methods and contents of standardization for this object are discussed. Necessary and sufficient to increase the effectiveness of prevention of deviant behavior in students is considered the following composition of minimal requirements: glossary; identifiers of issues/risks (by type) of a student/group; deficit competencies by types of issues/risks and means of their identification; task-oriented (for emerging deficit competencies) educational subprograms with a reference to their resource (for all types of resources) support; algorithm for establishing a profile/direction of preventive work with a selected subject (single, complex social), module assignments; algorithm for developing a generalized school preventive work program for the school year; administration of the school's preventive program; algorithm and protocols for data exchange during and after the implementation of educational subprograms; algorithm for the formation of an information system that supports the educational process in accordance with any preventive subprogram.

    The monograph "Theory and Practice of Language Education for Students of Technical Universities" summarized many years of experience in a technical university, presents the author's concept of the fundamentalization of language education for students in non-linguistic universities, embedded in the process of teaching students a foreign language to prove its effectiveness. In the first chapter of the monograph, the author describes the new requirements for proficiency for a foreign language specialists, written into the federal state educational standard of the new generation for higher education; problems that arise while teaching students foreign languages in technical universities, and ways to solve these problems. The methodological basis for the concept of the fundamentalization of language education of technical university students and the creation of conditions necessary for the implementation of this concept are described in details. The second chapter describes the modern system of teaching foreign languages of technical university students, the multi-level structure and content of language education at each stage of this structure, as well as the methods of teaching all types of students' speech activity using innovative communication and information technologies. The author of the monograph describes the important role of the teacher in the process of teaching students a foreign language, creating modern educational content that provides the learning process. The monograph contains scientific and methodological recommendations on the development and use of original pedagogical technologies, new forms of working with students using computer capabilities, creating computer training programs for self-study work of students, writing professionally oriented textbooks in foreign languages. The implementation of this system of training of technical university students proved its effectiveness, as evidenced by the results of experimental training conducted at the Department of Foreign Languages at the Southern Federal University. The quality of student learning improved due to the implementation of the concept of the fundamentalization of language education and modern educational technologies into the educational process.

    Abstract:
    In this article, the problem of quality education in general and the question of investing in education in particular are studied. Modern consumers invest in their education, seeing in these investments the opportunity to increase their attractiveness and value in the labor market, and large organizations, industries invest in training of personnel, considering this contribution as a guarantee of their own survival in the conditions of global competition. The author notes changes and updates of investment directions in the field of education, as well as promising areas of activity in the secondary vocational education of Sevastopol.
