    The competent use of the human resources potential of any enterprise carries with it sufficiently high opportunities for further intensification of activities, which means, as a result, an increase in profits. This explains the relevance of the material, based on the fact that the human resource is exhausted, has many limitations and risks, and therefore needs new models and tools that correspond to the spirit of the time. A study of the activities of the Moscow hospitality complex On Sukharevka LLC is devoted to their search. With the help of systematic, integrated, situational and process approaches, a multifactorial analysis of the current state of affairs is carried out, and more promising algorithms for personnel policy in the hospitality system are being searched. The value of the conclusions drawn increases in a multiplicative progression, taking into account the importance of small business in the strategic development of the economic space of the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

    The article deals with the study of the dynamics of the formation of the "I" image in primary school children with mental retardation. As a result of the author's empirical study of the features of the formation of the "I" image of younger schoolchildren, it was revealed that their "I" image is characterized by cognitive simplicity, weak differentiation, low hierarchization, insufficient degree of clarity and consistency, incompleteness, as well as an insufficiently high level of self-esteem.     The monograph clearly shows three parts. The first part contains a vector analysis of a group of equations often referred to as the «Maxwell Equations». Actually one equation belongs to Maxwell's pen, in which he introduced the so-called «bias current». Analysis shows that this current is an extra postscript and interferes with the mutual consistency of the group of equations. Without this current, the wave properties of the electric and magnetic fields disappear. Electric and magnetic fields cease to be a «special form of matter." In the second part, a brief presentation of the fundamentals of new electrodynamics is given, without the Maxwell equation, a group of equations is written, which has no contradictions. The basis is the equation of potentials, the Coulomb law and the laws of the interaction of currents. The theory of radio signal propagation is subject to further development. The last part provides examples of a detailed, complete calculation of the electric and magnetic potentials of typical sources. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers, graduate students and senior students of technical universities.
