    Abstract:
    The purpose of this article is to study the state of protective forest strips on the example of LLC «SPHERE» of the Krasnodar Territory, to assess their phytosanitary condition with the prospect of further use of the results for planning a project for their reclamation. The scientific novelty is in the fact that an assessment of the living condition of the forest stand of the protective forest strips of LLC «SPHERE» of the Krasnodar Territory was carried out.

    Abstract:
    Over 2012–2022, there were changes in the composition of the number of employees and revenue to the type of economic activity «Agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming» in the context of the regions of the Central and Far Eastern federal districts. There were also changes in the structure of the analyzed indicators. Assessment of structural shifts in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District indicate the presence of both negative and positive ones. The assessment using the integral indicator made it possible to indicate the presence of insignificant structural differences in the number of employees and very significant structural differences in revenue for the analyzed type of economic activity. The noted changes led to the improvement in the industrial index of labor productivity and, as a result, the presence of a positive shifting effect due to changes in the structures of the number of employees and revenue in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District in 2017–2022.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problems of landscaping of urban areas and securing their legal status as one of the main areas of activity of the municipal economy to create conditions for a high standard of living of the population. The empirical base was provided by regulations, scientific articles and literature, statistical data, reports, and the results of a sociological study conducted on the territory of the Novorossiysk's Ministry of Defense. The analysis of the material allowed us to study the experience of local authorities in this area and formulate proposals to improve their effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of studying the history of origin, form change, etymology of the names of various geographical objects in the city of Cheboksary. The thesis is substantiated that, due to the change in the ethnic composition of the settlement, some part of geographic objects change their names, some remain unchanged, and some retaining some basis, begin to combine the specifics of several languages in onyms. On the basis of the reviewed materials on toponymy of the city of Cheboksary, the thesis is affirmed that onyms on the territory of the city of Cheboksary were formed on the basis of three ethno-linguistic sources: Turkic, Chuvash, Mari, and Russian.

  • The symbolic meaning of the forest in the German fairy-tale

    Abstract:
    This article attempts to show how the perception of the forest in the German language space was built and how it changed. It especially focuses on the symbolic interpretation of the forest, explains what some tress symbolize and shows the connection of the forest with the symbolism of the feminine. The article also deals with the perception of the forest in the works by romantic writers and provides examples from some romantic fairy-tales by the Brothers Grimm where the action takes place in the forest. It is worth mentioning that the titles of some fairy-tales by the Brothers Grimm are connected with the tree or with the forest.
