    Abstract:
    The paper presents the results of the study of the problem of adaptation of first-year students of medical specialties to learning at a university, reveals the importance of the problem of insufficient psychological and theoretical preparedness for study and motivation to receive a vast amount of information, relations within educational teams, as well as between students and teaching staff at the initial stage of training. The main factors affecting adaptation are considered.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлен анализ специфики профессиональной самооценки студентов в процессе освоения медицинской специальности. Актуальность исследования определяется формированием профессиональной самооценки при выборе медицинской специальности, вследствие чего это является одной из острейших проблем на сегодняшний день. Авторами проведен анализ источников по проблеме исследования. Результаты исследования, изложенные в статье, могут быть использованы в практической деятельности организаций и предприятий при работе с персоналом при планировании их карьеры и профессионального развития.
