    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the role of fiction in the field of education and upbringing. The most important functions of literature that are essential for education (more broadly – the educational environment) are indicated. The works of Chuvash writers, which are included in textbooks-readers on native (Chuvash) literature of basic general and secondary general education, are selectively analyzed. In this article, fiction is considered not so much as a subject of study of literary criticism and criticism, but rather as a socio-cultural phenomenon that has the ability to directly influence the emotional and sensory perception of a person. Fundamental to this scientific research is the descriptive method, which includes techniques of interpretation, comparison, generalization. As a result of the conducted research, it was summed up that verbal creativity always reflects the worldview and feelings of the writer and his people. The following article concludes about a work of art, its representation through the prism of a certain aesthetic microcosm, with its own rules and laws. That is why the work of literature is considered fiction and fantasy of the writer. But on the other hand, in his works the author recreates a certain life situation.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of self-development of professional competencies of a young (novice) teacher in the process of research activities in order to enrich the natural science subject-spatial environment. The article presents the opinions of scientists E.I. Petrenko, L.V. Ignatieva about the role and place of research activity of a young teacher – a former student who graduated from a higher educational institution or a trainee student who began teaching as a student, who knows many teaching methods, has studied various scientific disciplines in his field, or a teacher who has worked for up to 5 years. In their opinion, the competence of a graduate is manifested in the willingness (motivation and personal qualities) to apply knowledge, skills and experience for successful professional or other activities in the presence of problems and resources. The creation of methodological resources begins with a bachelor student at a university and is the result of research activity of a young teacher in school. Young teacher often experiences difficulties while choosing material for "Environmental Studies" with the purpose of junior schoolers achieving different results. Scientific novelty is the idea of creating innovative methodological projects which enrich subject-spatial environment of elementary school aimed at development of natural subjects and research skills of students that took "Environmental Studies' subject. The author managed to define methodological innovations presented as guidance manual which were created while writing a diploma then were approbated under the conditions of educational space of school. "Geographer's diary", "Society city" interactive game, researcher's handbook "Way to health", "Briefcase museum" call for analyzing of different topics of scientific topic, creation of which requires research competence of a teacher. The resources provided directed at enriching school's subject-spatial environment since work with the resources means usage of subject equipment. It was proved that having learned basic professional competence in university young teacher can develop them in school's educational space. Basic directions of activities on development of professional competences are: methodological work, innovative activity, project-research teacher's activity, Young specialist can approbate created methodological materials under actual conditions of school thus enriching audience's subject environment, providing individual educational requirements of all subject of educational process.

    В статье рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы замещения очного образования на дистанционное на примере преподавания дисциплины «Анатомия центральной нервной системы» в гуманитарном вузе. Отмечены основные методические и методологические проблемы, возникшие в ходе такого переноса, проведено сравнение с образовательным процессом по данной дисциплине при заочной форме обучения. Выявлены основные принципы построения электронной образовательной среды по данной дисциплине для создания единого цифрового образовательного пространства ВУЗа с перспективой для реализации приоритетных проектов цифрового образования. Предлагаются пути решения задачи о безусловном достижении каждым обучающимся требуемого (зафиксированного в утвержденной образовательной программе) уровня образовательной подготовки по данной дисциплине и вопросы разностороннего развития его личностного потенциала с использованием возможностей цифровой педагогики.

  • Digital Competence of the Educational Environment of the St. Petersburg Public School

    Currently, a new digital educational environment is being formed, changing not only the content, but also pedagogical technologies. There are also new requirements for the digital competence of all participants in the educational process. As a result, there is an increasing need for educational organizations for specialists who are able to organize and support the educational process using the resources of various educational platforms, e-learning, online games, digital textbooks, etc. The purpose of the article is to familiarize readers with the issues of introducing a digital educational environment in a modern general education school, which is used to solve various educational and organizational tasks. During studying the topic, the following methods of the empirical level were used: description, comparison, measurement. The analysis of regulatory documents and a survey among users of existing digital educational environments were also used. At the end, the modeling of the digital educational environment for a specific educational organization was carried out. The result of the study is a designed structure of the environment that reflects the interests of all participants in the educational process. The tools for creating each component of it are also considered. The possibilities of each tool are revealed for students and their parents, teachers and the administration of an educational organization. The composition and user group of the environment components are described. Special attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the environment when implementing mixed and distance learning within the individual training route of students at any stage. Since the openness of the environment should take into account social mechanisms – competition, cooperation, mutual learning and mutual evaluation. In addition, the specific features of the digital educational environment at different levels are reflected. The issues of high-quality content and openness of the digital educational environment are raised.

    The article is devoted to the study of information readiness of psychology students to study in the digital educational environment. The theoretical analysis includes the description of statistical indicators of the study of the problems of the transition of the Russian educational system to dis-tance learning; the description of the relationship between the concepts of digital educational environment and distance learning; the definition of readiness for learning and the structure of information readiness for learning in the digital edu-cational environment; the description of professional potential and the features of its formation in the process of distance learning. The practical part describes the pilot study of part-time and full-time students using the author's questionnaire and the results of this study. Among the distinctive characteristics of information readiness of psychology students are awareness, attitude and tools of the digital educational environment. The same characteristics – the ability to choose sources and select the necessary information from them.

    Abstract:
    The implementation of the concept of inclusive education in Russia determines the study of theoretical and practical aspects of this problem, in particular, in the context of the tasks facing class teachers as organizers of student teams. The inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational environment creates certain risks for its subjects. In this regard, the responsibility of the class teacher increases for creating conditions that ensure the success of each child in an inclusive class, and especially – to support families with children with disabilities. Ideas of the child's intrinsic value, the conformity of upbringing, the organization of the «childhood space» in the interaction of all its subjects are of methodological significance for the design of work with parents.     The study focuses on the fact that during the period of digital transformation, modern models of digital competencies have emerged, which serve as the basis for the formation of new standards in the field of education, for the expansion of the teaching professions of the future, for the transition to new learning technologies (mapping, scribing) and the development of professional competencies of students, one of which is information competence. The following issues («prospects of digital transformation in education», «types of models of digital competencies», «information competence as an existential skill and long-term metaability», «mapping as a process of translation of meaning-making», «specific characteristics of cards», «technology of scribing in education») which rise in modern research and affect the improvement of the educational process in the digital educational environment of the university are subject to discussion. Attention is drawn to the description of the pedagogical experience of using mapping and scribing for the development of information competence of university students. The examples of maps created by students and undergraduates of the direction of training «Pedagogical education» and contributing to the formation of their deep and error-free digital educational footprint are given. The influence of mapping and scribing on increasing motivation to learn and the emergence of new student startups in the field of education is investigated. The leading research methods are: analysis of digital competence models for the relevance of the process of developing information competence of university students; analysis and selection of modern technologies in the period of digital transformation in education; generalization of conceptual provisions on information competence and its role for human development; generalization of the pedagogical experience of using mapping and scribing for the development of information competence of university students. Promising areas of research are: the formation of a collection of maps for use in professional activities, for their cognitive analysis; development of the direction of video scribing for distance and additional education of students; identification of the advantages and disadvantages of mapping and scribing and their effectiveness in the development of students' information competence. The research materials are of practical value for students, undergraduates, university teachers and teachers of other educational institutions who are looking for new technologies in organizing the learning process.

  • On the Issue of Holding Meetings of Student Scientific Study Groups of a Medical University During the Period of Unfavorable Epidemiological Situation

    Abstract:
    This paper considers the «problem of choice» of holding meetings of student scientific circles of the departments of operative surgery with topographic anatomy (OKHITA) and medical informatics and statistics (MIIS) N.N. Burdenko VSMU. This topic is currently very relevant, since the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection continues in Russia and around the world. At the beginning of the article, the information on the use of specialized electronic programs and electronic educational environments in the complex educational process is provided; the issues of their use at various stages of distance learning during an unfavorable epidemiological situation are analysed. However, according to the authors, very little attention is paid to additional aspects of the complex educational process, which are various student comeptitions, student scientific circles and student scientific societies. The aim of the work was an attempt to determine the form of meetings of the Council of People's Commissars of departments of various orientations (theoretical and practical), to determine the attitude of the respondents themselves – representatives of the teaching staff and students to the form of holding meetings of the Council of People's Commissars, depending on the epidemiological situation, and also to choose the most suitable electronic educational environment or computer program. The objects of the study were 50 employees of various departments of N.N. Burdenko VSMU (from among the teaching staff, who made up 1 group of subjects) and 100 students of the medical faculty – 2 and 4 years (who made up the 2 and 3 groups of subjects). The study was based on anonymous questionnaires. It was found that regardless of the direction of the department (practical – OKHITA or theoretical – MIiS), many respondents advocated the traditional (face-to-face) meetings of the Council of People's Commissars, subject to the normalization of the epidemiological situation. However, as it worsened, the majority favored remote, online, meetings of the Council of People's Commissars. An «interesting» result was obtained when processing the results of choosing an electronic platform for holding meetings of the Council of People's Commissars. So, despite the presence in N.N. Burdenko VSMU, specialized electronic educational environments, the «winner» and a kind of choice of respondents was the computer program «Zoom». The obvious choice of university staff from among the teaching staff and students makes it possible to recommend this program as a kind of «platform» for holding meetings of student scientific communities and circles.

    Abstract:
    In modern theory and practice of education, preventive activity is considered as one of the main in the prevention of aggressive behavior in various subjects of the educational environment. Aggression is most clearly manifested among students of a sports college who are mastering professional training programs in contact sports. It is noted that aggressive behavior affects the formation of certain risks for the educational environment of the college and its subjects. In this regard, pedagogical prevention is aimed at the formation of appropriate competence in students, as a result of which future athletes develop skills of reflection of aggressive behavior, protection and self-regulation of the psycho-emotional state during educational and training processes.

    Abstract:
    The paper presents the results of the research of the local educational environment` psychological safety for students of psychology of Irkutsk State University. Significant differences in psychological safety and security level between students of different years were found, for example, satisfaction of the local educational environment and educational safety of 3rd year students appeared to be a lot lower, which can be related to critical point in their primary professionalization. A substantial share of psychologically unsafe and insecure students was also detected. They obviously need a special psychological support.

It is vitality that is one of the basic characteristics that allows participants in the educational process not only to overcome life circumstances and adapt to constantly changing conditions, but also to become stronger, qualitatively improving the standard of living, physical and psychological health.     The article describes an empirical study of the psychological safety of the educational environment in the connection with the problem of attitude to distance learning among students. The study involved 1,177 students 11–19 years old. We use comparative analysis for independent samples formed on the basis of a preference for distance or full-time learning as statistical analysis methods. The results of the study allow to analyze the role of psychological safety in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process.

    Abstract:
    This article raises and discusses the main issues related to the organization of a safe environment for pupils of pre-school educational institutions. After analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic of the research, the conditions that will help organize a competent and safe childhood for each child in the educational system are noted. We also studied the criteria and identified a number of psychological and pedagogical measures aimed at helping in various situations that arise within the framework of pre-school educational institutions for children, teachers, and parents.
