Abstract

The paper presents the results of the research of the local educational environment` psychological safety for students of psychology of Irkutsk State University. Significant differences in psychological safety and security level between students of different years were found, for example, satisfaction of the local educational environment and educational safety of 3rd year students appeared to be a lot lower, which can be related to critical point in their primary professionalization. A substantial share of psychologically unsafe and insecure students was also detected. They obviously need a special psychological support.
