Проведен контент-анализ понятия «психологическое благополучие», раскрыты составляющие изучаемого феномена – управление окружающей средой; жизненные цели; позитивное отношение к себе; отношение к окружающим, пронизанное заботой и доверием; способность следовать собственным убеждениям (автономия); чувство непрекращающегося развития и самореализации (личностный рост). Обоснована и описана диагностическая программа исследования психологического благополучия обучающихся с инвалидностью при обучении в университете.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of psychological well-being of a child with disabilities. The influence of the family on the psychological well-being / ill-being of a child with disabilities is noted. An opinion was expressed about the need to provide timely consultative assistance to families raising children with disabilities, which helps to reduce psychoemotional stress in both parents and a child with disabilities, prevents them from developing personality disorders, the development of subdepressive states.

    The article presents theoretical aspects and an empirical study of the link between psychological safety and psychological defense of students. The essence and main characteristics of psychological security of the individual are defined. The connection between the mechanisms of individual psychological defense and the parameters of psychological security of the individual in students is theoretically justified and empirically revealed. The relationship between psycho-logical safety and psychological well-being of a student is considered, which is specific in terms of involvement, control, and risk-taking.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problem of psychological well-being of students in modern educational conditions in the implementation of a mixed form of education. Attention is drawn to the fact that with blended learning, due to isolation from the study group and sometimes misunderstanding with teachers, information loads increase, lack of interpersonal relationships occurs, and different problems appear. Under such circumstances there is a feeling of anxiety, state of emotional stress, feeling of psychological distress. It is concluded that it is necessary to carefully study the components of psychological well-being in this category of students and to develop a support model.

    В статье рассмотрены показатели психологического благополучия и особенности субъективного неблагополучия молодежи на выборке 167 студентов второго курса Санкт-Петербургского госуниверситета. Выделены метакогнитивные стратегии преодоления субъективного неблагополучия. В качестве мишеней психопрофилактики и коррекции неблагополучия в процессе психолого-педагогического сопровождения студентов могут выступать низкие навыки эмоциональной саморегуляции и низкие коммуникативные навыки. Методики исследования: шкалы психологического благополучия К. Рифф в адаптации Т.Д. Шевеленковой и П.П. Фесенко, авторская анкета, интервью.
