    The article discusses the problems of youth innovation management in the Republic of Adygea. We are discussing how educational institutions, government agencies and businesses can support the innovative potential of young people. We focus on the interaction of university research and student startups, as well as establishing links between universities, companies and investors.     Abstract:
    The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

    Abstract:
    The creation of a dynamically functioning innovation economy, maintaining its competitiveness in the conditions of geopolitical struggle, unprecedented sanctions pressure from the West are the priority tasks of modern Russia's development. One of the determining factors of an effectively operating innovation economy is the provision of highly sustainable development of regions, including such backbone structures as scientific and technological complexes. The author's interpretation of this aspect of the topic is proposed. The novelty in the continuation of its comprehension lies in the retrospective analysis of a long period, including the second half of XX – the first quarter of XXI centuries, and at the same time continuous in the context of the region's transition to an innovative type of development. The study of experience in creating a modern model of STC in the region is based on the theoretical and methodological units of the theory of regional development, and, above all, the concept of «points of growth» as its special section. It emphasizes the stimulation of «knowledge economy», development of innovation infrastructure, transfer of scientific achievements into production, maintenance of technological security, etc., as such points. The research methods traditional for retrospective regionalism as a branch of knowledge are used: interdisciplinary, periodization, retrospective and prospective analysis, problem-chronological.     The study suggests ways to solve the problem of training students who have mastered the methods of scientific cognition, which is relevant for modern education. The methodology of organizing cognitive activity of students in conducting physical research on the basis of a school Quantorium is described. The thematic planning of classes according to the program «Digital Laboratory of Physics. ExperimentariUm», the implementation of which is aimed at the formation of skills in the experimental study of physical phenomena of different nature, the establishment of scientific facts about the type of dependence between physical quantities, the «discovery» of physical laws. The possibilities of using digital equipment in physics for organizing research activities have been identified. An example of a master class on the experimental study of pressure inside a liquid is given.

    Статья подготовлена к 100-летию со дня рождения одного из наиболее известных ветеранов ДВГУПС, кандидата технических наук, профессора, основателя специальности «Водоснабжение и водоотведение» в ДВГУПС Георгия Исаевича Воловника (1924–2013). В статье Г.И. Воловник представлен и как талантливый лектор, постоянно работавший над доступностью изложения методов очистки воды, и как плодовитый автор учебных пособий, предложивший новые методические подходы к изложению специальных дисциплин профиля «Водоснабжение и водоотведение» и описавший оригинальные методики в области эксплуатации и реконструкции инженерных сооружений. На конкретных примерах показано, как печатные труды Г.И. Воловника сыграли большую роль в практике преподавания и в дальнейшем развитии методической работы кафедры «Гидравлика и водоснабжение» ДВГУПС.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of some aspects of research activities among medical university students. This topic is very relevant in view of the fact that processes of optimization and modernization are currently taking place in Russia, both of medicine in general and of medical education itself. Taking into account the fact that our country lacks qualified medical workers who would be engaged in scientific activities, there is a constant development of new programs and disciplines aimed at providing students with basic concepts about research activities, methods and options for its conduct. Such disciplines at VSMU named after. N.N. Burdenko became: «organization, conduct and registration of scientific research results in experiments and clinics» on the basis of the Department of Operative Surgery with Topographic Anatomy and «statistical processing of scientific results» on the basis of the Department of Healthcare Management. The purpose of the work was an attempt to evaluate some aspects of both the research work of students in general, and aspects related to the training of students in the above disciplines. The basis of the work was a questionnaire specially developed by the authors, containing a number of questions concerning the attitude towards students’ research activities, awareness of the advantages of conducting such activities, as well as an analysis of some aspects of the learning process when studying the above disciplines. The work is of interest not only to ordinary higher education teachers, but also to those teachers who are involved in the educational process at the university.

    At the present moment education plays a key role in the formation and development of human capital. Taking into account the increasing role of the latter in the modernization of the socio-economic environment, the importance of educational services as the main driving force of the development of modern society is brought to the fore. The purpose of the chapter is to systematize approaches to the definition of the concept of "educational service", as well as to identify stakeholders who are in permanent interaction in the educational service market. The research methods are based on cognitive and systemic approaches. The result is the authors' systematization of the stakeholders of the educational service market with the definition of the expected results from their provision / receipt. The authors indicate the practical significance: the proposed systematization can be used by organizations providing educational services for strategic planning of their activities.

    The historical and practical experience of choreography has a phasing and hierarchy of the levels of mental activity, which can be traced in the history of dance culture through plastic codes. The phenomenon of choreographic art in the classical ages lies in the fact that within the late XVI–XIX centuries in Europe (Italy, France, Denmark) complex cultural processes and intersections of a biosemiotic nature took place simultaneously: on the one hand, this is the formation of a ‘new’ human worldview, and on the other, the formation of a ‘new’ model of scientific and an artistic picture of the world. Where the boundaries of the art of dance (the emergence of new genres, language and style) and cultural and historical time in different countries do not always coincide. In all this, the dominant side should also exist: finding of means (a rule, a method, a norm) and forms (creative thought, will, creative impulses, creative spirit) in the transformation of the foundations of the world order.

    In the field of teaching preschool children speech and logical thinking, the problem of transition from spontaneous to purposeful teaching of natural language logic as a conscious method of cognition, especially scientific, is being solved. The logic of a natural language is defined as a system of all its logical means and rules for understanding and using these means. The main research methods are pedagogical experiment, sociolinguistic research and this logic. The author has developed forms of tasks and exercises for targeted teaching from early preschool age to the correct understanding and conscious use of conjunctions, quantifiers, question words and the rules of natural language logic. The forms are shown with the help of which adult parents or educators can themselves understand what is included in this logic and purposefully teach it to children.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the attitude of medical students to the educational process in the “remote” and “post-remote” periods. The topic of the article is extremely relevant in view of the fact that only recently yet another period of distance learning in universities has ended, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. In addition, the study can also be considered relevant in view of the fact that the practical part of the educational process was relatively “weakly expressed” during the period of “distance learning” at a medical university, and now, during the period of “post-distance” learning, there is a need to catch up on the development of practical skills, which certainly should be carried out taking into account their need for mastering the curriculum and, in some cases, the wishes of students. The objects of the study were 300 students of a medical university: 100 2nd year students of the Faculty of Dentistry (Group 1), 100 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 2), 100 students of the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 3). The study was based on an anonymous survey that touched upon the general questions of the attitude of future doctors to the practical and theoretical parts of the integrated learning process at the university. In addition, general satisfaction was studied with the practical and theoretical part during the period of classical, traditional education and during distance learning. An interesting component of this study was the study of student attendance at practical and theoretical classes, both during full-time education, and during periods of distance and post-distance learning. The data obtained are of interest to teachers of various departments of a medical university, as well as to head teachers of departments, since the data presented can help plan the educational process more effectively.
