    Abstract:
    The chapter notes that in modern conditions, small business, despite macroeconomic instability, remains a crucial element of the regional economy, creating jobs and entrepreneurial potential. Using the example of Kaluga-based Aton LLC – a leading construction fastener supplier with a 45% market share – the author demonstrates how a well-structured organizational and economic policy enables an enterprise not only to maintain stability during a crisis but also to build a long-term development strategy. The study examines marketing strategy (product range policy, brand management, pricing, sales), financial performance amid currency volatility and inflation, and the competitive environment. Key success factors (diversified product range, direct dealer supplies, quality service) and major risks (currency dependence, high buyer power of retail chains) are identified. The BCG matrix is used to determine promising and unprofitable brands. The research employed systemic, comprehensive, process-based, and situational types of analysis, as well as a multifactorial approach to assessing the enterprise's key positions. It is concluded that Aton LLC maintains its leading position with a stable financial standing.

    Abstract:
    This article presents the results of a formative experiment evaluating the effectiveness of the "PERMA Profile for Language Teachers" program, aimed at the comprehensive development of psychological well-being in future foreign language educators. The study involved 100 fourth-year students majoring in pedagogical linguistics (Experimental Group = 50, Control Group = 50). The 36-academic-hour program was implemented in three stages and comprised modules targeting emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and positive affective experiences in language learning. Statistical analysis revealed significant positive changes in the experimental group across 14 out of 17 measured indicators, including previously identified areas for development (engagement, meaning, self-control, and sociability). The control group demonstrated no systemic improvements, with negative trends observed in several parameters.

    Abstract:
    This article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the relationships between psychological well-being (the PERMA model) and professionally significant personal resources among linguistics students at a pedagogical university. A cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 100 fourth-year students. Using nonparametric statistics (Spearman's ρ, Mann–Whitney U test), the formation of a "resource cluster" was confirmed: growth mindset and foreign language learning enjoyment demonstrate a strong mutual relationship (ρ = 0.692), while emotional intelligence is most closely associated with well-being (ρ = 0.745). An analysis of extreme groups (25th/75th percentiles) revealed a significant superiority of students with high PERMA scores across all three resources (r = 0.45–0.61). A weak non-significant relationship was found between engagement and self-control (ρ = 0.193, p = 0.054), which does not contradict theoretical conceptions of engagement.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the traumatic experience of an individual in an educational environment as a systemic phenomenon that arises at the intersection of individual vulnerabilities, interpersonal interactions, and institutional practices of an educational institution. The educational environment is analyzed as a set of norms, relationships, communications, and digital channels that can both support personal development and exacerbate chronic stress and re-traumatization. The article explores the main sources of trauma and their psychological consequences. Special attention is given to the multi-level system of psychological assistance, which includes prevention, early detection, counseling, and crisis intervention. It has been shown that, with psychological safety, social support, and appropriate educational practices, the educational environment can become a space for not only recovery, but also post-traumatic personal growth.

    В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования влияния коучинга на целеполагание как на ресурс стрессоустойчивости и стратегий совладающего поведения у пользователей интернета (N = 82). Целеполагание понимается как процесс выстраивания системы целей, их согласования и выбора наиболее предпочтительных. Показано, что использование коучинга ассоциировано с более высокими показателями осмысленности жизни, стрессоустойчивости и проблемно-ориентированного копинга, а также с более низким уровнем интернет-стресса, эмоционального копинга и избегания. Системные методы целеполагания (SMART, GROW, OKR) значимо превосходят несистемный подход и пассивную визуализацию. Размеры эффекта свидетельствуют о высокой практической значимости коучинга как инструмента повышения психологической устойчивости в цифровой среде.

    Coaching psychology has emerged as a rigorous scientific discipline that applies psychological theory and methods to support goal attainment, performance enhancement, and personal development. This paper provides a systematic overview of the principal techniques and tools employed in evidence-based coaching practice, examining their theoretical foundations, empirical support, and practical applications across diverse professional domains – business, healthcare, education, and sport. Drawing on peer-reviewed literature and international coaching standards, the study analyses four major technique clusters: goal-focused approaches (the GROW model), solution-focused coaching, cognitive-behavioural coaching, and positive psychology-based interventions. Core practical tools – powerful questioning, the Wheel of Life, values clarification, and mindfulness-based practices – are examined with respect to their application in leader development, organisational consulting, and individual coaching. The analysis reveals that the effectiveness of coaching techniques depends not on their isolated use but on their skilful integration within a coherent, client-centred coaching relationship. The paper concludes that advancing the evidence base of coaching psychology requires longitudinal outcome research, greater methodological rigour, and sustained integration of neuroscientific findings into coaching practice.

Выявлены механизмы влияния модели на базовые психологические потребности (автономия, компетентность, связанность), описаны возможности интеграции в учебный процесс и потенциальные ограничения.

    В статье обосновывается необходимость интеграции коучинговых технологий в деятельность наставника на этапе адаптации новых сотрудников. На основе анализа системы адаптации на малом предприятии розничной торговли автоинструментами выявлены ключевые проблемы: отсутствие структурированной поддержки новых сотрудников, низкая вовлечённость новичков, перегрузка коллектива. Предлагается модель «наставник-коуч», включающая технологии GROW, шкалирование, сильные вопросы, коучинговую обратную связь и рефлексивные встречи. Показано, что применение коучинга снижает тревожность, сокращает срок выхода на плановую производительность и повышает успешность прохождения испытательного срока [2]. Представлен план внедрения и критерии оценки эффективности.

    The author emphasizes that amid the global demographic transition of the 2020s, population aging is becoming a defining challenge for the sustainable development of national economies. This chapter examines the impact of changing age structure on labor market performance and long-term economic growth dynamics. The aim of the study is to identify mechanisms for the economic system's adaptation to the increasing share of older age groups and to substantiate strategies for ensuring resilience in the face of a declining working-age population. Labor shortages have been shown to act as a catalyst for accelerated robotization and the implementation of artificial intelligence systems. The integration of age-diversity programs into companies' ESG strategies has been shown to contribute to increased labor productivity. Key risks to long-term GDP associated with declining investment activity and the transformation of consumer demand have been identified. It has been substantiated that economic resilience in the face of an aging population can be achieved not through attempts to artificially «rejuvenate» the workforce, but through the development of a lifelong learning system and the technological substitution of routine operations. The results of the study can be used to adjust state demographic security strategies and corporate talent management policies.

    In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

    This monograph provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the phenomenon known in the scientific literature as the "maternal curse" – a specific mechanism for the transmission of mental and behavioral patterns through the maternal line. The study integrates data from epigenetics, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and esoteric traditions to create a holistic model of the transgenerational transmission of traumatic experiences. The process of formation of the biochemical "landscape" in the prenatal period is analyzed, which becomes an unconscious landmark for the human psyche throughout the rest of life. Neurophysiological mechanisms of consolidation of this pattern through hormonal systems (cortisol, dopamine, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) are considered and ways of its transformation through conscious work with maternal trauma are proposed.     The article examines the issues of socio-economic development of the region using the Republic of Mordovia as an example. External shocks that Mordovia faced had a significant impact on the dynamics and results of socio-economic development of the region. The study involved statistical data from the territorial body of Rosstat for the Republic of Mordovia, data from various ratings of Russian regions, and materials from the authorities of the Republic of Mordovia, which made it possible to identify the following most pressing problems of regional development: low rates of economic growth, small volume of industrial production, shortage of investment resources of the workforce, unfavorable demographic situation, low standard of living.

    Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the role of transformational coaching in combination with game practice in the formation and development of self-consciousness of the individual. The scientific concept of transformational coaching, its historical roots, key features and methodology are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the "Self-Consciousness Development System" (SRS) as tools that activate reflection, emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility. It is proved that the synthesis of coaching and game practices creates conditions for the deep transformation of the personality, overcoming internal barriers and the formation of a stable self-consciousness. The results of the study are based on an interdisciplinary analysis of psychological, pedagogical and philosophical theories.     В статье исследуется эффективность практики применения коучинга в спортивной подготовке высококвалифицированных атлетов. Несмотря на активное развитие коучинга как инструмента поддержки спортсменов, его результативность остаётся предметом дискуссий. Автор вносит вклад в развитие методологии психологии коучинга (Coaching Psychology) как отрасли психологического знания, делая ее более эффективной для работы со спортсменами. В статье представлены методы оценки эффективности коучинга, включая количественные показатели, и описана модель формирования прочности и вариативности двигательных навыков, критически важных для стабильности соревновательной деятельности. На примере кейса гребца-слаломиста продемонстрировано сокращение ошибок при прохождении сложных элементов гонки на 35% благодаря комбинации психологических методик, таких как постановка целей с использованием модели GROW, ментальная визуализация и тренировка с биологической обратной связью. Делается вывод о необходимости интеграции объективных измерений в оценку коучинговых программ.

    The author analyzes the relationship between investments and economic growth, establishes the dependence of the volume of investments in the region on the profitability of corporations, which in turn depends on the conjuncture of world coal prices. Investments in the region are studied on the basis of the investment rate indicator, which for 2015–2022 is presented in the form of a polyline and is in the range of 17–26%. An analytical study of the sources of attracting investments notes significant volatility in both credit and budgetary resources. The share of borrowed funds of credit institutions in 2022 decreased to a historic low of 2.2%. On the contrary, the share of budget funds has increased to 16%, but at the same time remains significantly lower than other regions of the Russian Federation. Mining is the main activity in the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass and over the period under study, the share of investments in the structure of economic activities increased to 47 percent. Over the past three years, there has been an increase in investments by state-owned organizations from 9.2% in 2019 to 15.6–11.8%% in 2020–2022. The share of active investments in Kuzbass significantly exceeds the share of active investments in the Russian Federation at 36.4% in 2022 and indicates the dynamism and efficiency of investments in the region. The dynamism of the investment process in the region is confirmed by a review of major investment projects being implemented in the Kemerovo Region: the plywood mill on the territory of the Angero-Sudzhensk TOR, the four-star Cosmos Sheregesh hotel complex, the BELAZ technical support center, the Kuzbass Broiler mushroom production workshop.
