    Abstract:
    В статье поднимается вопрос о недостаточной предсказуемости результатов в коучинге и психологическом консультировании, что приводит к снижению профессиональной устойчивости специалистов и отсутствию возможности объективной оценки эффективности вмешательств. Показано, что существующие подходы в основном ориентированы на процесс и субъективную оценку изменений. На основе анализа более 3000 сессий и выборки свыше 300 клиентов выявлены закономерности формирования типовых запросов, их причин, описываемых в рамках метода как биопсихосоциальные программы, и эффективных стратегий работы. Обоснована возможность алгоритмизации психотерапевтического процесса и перехода к модели, ориентированной на достижение предсказуемого результата в определённые сроки. Представлен интегративный метод биопсихосоциального программирования (БПСП), направленный на работу с бессознательными биопсихосоциальными программами. Приведены результаты применения метода при работе с различными типами запросов, подтверждающие его эффективность и устойчивость достигаемых изменений.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the narrative approach in psychology and coaching. The analysis of the approach is conducted through the lens of how a person perceives and structures information, forms a story, and how their consciousness functions. It explores methods and techniques that enhance the efficiency of this process and facilitate the delivery of information to the individual. Further directions for deepening the narrative approach are proposed, both in the theoretical domain and in practical application.
