- The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of digitalization of language education of the indigenous peoples of the North in the context of preserving the linguistic diversity of Russia. The article considers the theoretical, regulatory, legal and methodological foundations for the introduction of digital technologies in the field of teaching native languages to the indigenous peoples of the North. Based on the analysis of the existing infrastructure (electronic dictionaries, mobile applications, educational platforms, systems using artificial intelligence), key factors for the success of digital projects are identified, critical problems and barriers to development are identified.

- Modern educational technologies play an important role in ensuring accessibility and quality of physical education for people with disabilities. The introduction of such methods as adaptive learning, virtual reality and mobile applications allows to personalize the educational process, creating conditions for more effective mastering of physical culture. However, despite the obvious advantages, their application in this field remains insufficiently researched, which underlines the need for further analysis. The purpose of work is to study the impact of modern educational technologies on physical education for people with disabilities. The main tasks include analyzing existing technologies, evaluating their advantages and disadvantages, and developing recommendations for their optimization and implementation.

Также обсуждаются проблемы и вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются участники образовательного процесса, включая цифровое неравенство и отсутствие мотивации у студентов. В заключение подчеркивается, что интеграция цифровых технологий в образование открывает новые горизонты для обучения, но требует комплексного подхода к решению возникающих трудностей.

- Abstract:
- The long-term strategic program of development of the country until 2030, the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan «stability and security of the country in the new century» defines the scientific support of agricultural production. With the creation of a hardware and software complex designed for photo recognition and classification of artificially grown plants, it is possible to determine the type and physiological state of plants, external and internal factors. It is the most necessary hardware and software complex for solving problems of phenotypic plants and other biological systems. Artificial plants are considered in Northern Kazakhstan. The research is effective and relevant for the development of this programming language. We cannot achieve great results without developing the agricultural sector with the help of digital technologies. For example, developed countries increase economic growth by 80–85% using digital systems. The introduction of IT technologies in production will reduce costs by 20%. Kazakhstan farmers should make extensive use of digital technologies such as GPS systems, mobile applications, high-tech sensors, algorithms, and satellite monitoring.
