    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is associated with the growing importance of digital technologies for ensuring the growth of the contribution of the business sector to the sustainable development of the Russian economy. Research methods: analytical, comparative, deductive, inductive, systemic. The study identified current trends in the digitalization of the Russian business sector (the predominant distribution of cloud services, big data-based solutions, the Internet of Things while maintaining a wary attitude towards artificial intelligence technologies, "digital twin"), and identified problems associated with the concentration of investments in digitalization projects in the financial and IT sectors, the ongoing shortage of solutions from Russian developers, the need for grant, advisory and educational support for entrepreneurs.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the process of digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses using CRM systems. The introduction of CRM systems has allowed many small and medium-sized businesses to optimize their business processes, reduce labor costs, resources and remain competitive even in difficult economic conditions. Digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses using such a tool as a CRM system enables businesses to actively develop.
