    Abstract:
    In the chapter examines the features of using a program-oriented approach in project management in different countries, at different stages of socio-economic development. Based on the realities of each individual time lag, the priorities of algorithms for the vector distribution of efforts on the path of final goal setting are justified. Both theoretical and empirical developments of the «rigid system» of managing national economies are used, based on the expected dynamics of economic growth. The increment of the methodological scientific layer of this problem occurs within the framework of an absentee discussion with a number of Russian and international experts on the problem under discussion. Within the framework of matrix models, the strengths and weaknesses of the program-oriented approach, threats and opportunities in the course of its use in the economy of territorial entities are positioned. For the purity of the experiment, multifactorial analysis, systematic, complex, process and situational approaches are used. Practice conclusions and recommendations are given.

    В статье на примере родительного падежа меры и количества раскрывается проблема обучения иностранных слушателей падежной системе русского языка. Новый материал предлагается предъявлять посредством абстрактно-графической наглядности, что соответствует индуктивному способу введения грамматических объяснений. Приведен примерный комплекс упражнений, на который могут ориентироваться преподаватели при подготовке к занятиям по рассматриваемой теме.

    The article describes the technical means used in the inspection of the scene of a traffic accident. The advantages and disadvantages of the technical tools used are presented, as well as the prospects for further development. In the opinion of the authors, the use of 3-D scanning in combination with quality photography at survey of a place dorozhno-transport incident very wisely and effectively that will further enhance the quality and accuracy of plans of the place of committing an administrative offence (volume 3-D diagrams), which subsequently will lead to faster reconstruction of events of the accident and the conviction of the perpetrators.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются особенности сжатого изложения обучающего характера и достаточно полно представлена методика его проведения. Автор подчеркивает, что при проведении обучающих изложений реализуется основополагающий принцип подготовительной работы, подготовительные упражнения, рассредоточенные во времени, дают возможность на самом уроке изложения сосредоточиться на главном – на осмыслении содержания, особенностей композиции, языка и стиля исходного текста. Также автор отмечает, что методика подготовительной работы к изложению определяется главным образом видом изложения. Сжатое изложение требует навыков отбора существенной информации и очень краткую передачу содержания текста; сохранение авторской последовательности событий; передача характера действующих лиц и обстановки без искажений; выделение основных микротем; обобщение содержания исходного текста.
