    Abstract:
    Зависимость любого современного государства от мирового рынка, импорта продовольствия, продажи природных ресурсов определяет уровень сырьевой безопасности, который в значительной степени обеспечивается эффективностью функционирования агропромышленного комплекса. В качестве основы для проведения исследования автором статьи использовались аналитический, графический и монографический методы. Исследование основных показателей, характеризующих экономический рост, доли производства продукции сельского хозяйства в составе ВВП по категориям хозяйств позволило выявить основные угрозы сырьевой безопасности, связанные с производством и переработкой сельскохозяйственной продукции. По-прежнему хозяйства населения обеспечивают наибольшую долю производства продукции сельского хозяйства, являясь основным источником сырья для перерабатывающих предприятий, это ограничивает рост конкурентоспособности продовольственных товаров на мировом рынке, обеспечивая лишь внутренний спрос. В деятельности перерабатывающих предприятий отмечается низкий уровень загрузки производственных мощностей, износ оборудования, высокие затраты на сбор и транспортировку сырья. Решение проблем возможно при условии адекватной государственной поддержки интеграционных процессов среди предприятий аграрного бизнеса.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the competences and powers of the state authorities of the Russian Federation within their legal status in the field of ensuring the security of critical information infrastructure. Some functions and authorities in the field of information security have changed in a number of federal executive bodies. In particular, the Federal Security Service, on the basis of a presidential decree, is authorized to create a state system for detecting, preventing and eliminating the consequences of computer attacks on information resources of the Russian Federation. However, not all rights and obligations are enshrined; a number of powers cause the duality of the legal status of certain federal bodies of state power. The clarity and unambiguity of securing the rights and obligations of state bodies authorized in the field of information security are guarantees for effectively ensuring the security of important information infrastructure facilities.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with theoretical and legal issues related to the mechanisms of national security. The study shows that in order to ensure national security, it is necessary to take into account its constituent elements. One such element is energy security. Ensuring energy security should be implemented at the local, regional and Federal levels, taking into account the constitutional rights of citizens to a favorable environment, the prevention of environmental and man-made disasters, the rational use of natural resources. The author proposes to apply new approaches to the regulation of this type of relations, taking into account the systematization of normative legal acts in force in the Russian Federation, for the most effective solution of environmental and legal problems of energy security in Russia.

    The article deals with the complex of issues of civil society influence on the formation and activity of the Armed Forces of the state. Based on practical examples, the author considers the specifics of the professionalization of the army in Latin America, draws Parallels with the Russian Federation. An important common feature of Russia and Latin America, the author believes hypertrophied public attention to the Armed Forces. In the Latin American States, which no one is going to attack, the army is perceived as a symbol of statehood, the value of the guarantee of its sovereignty, it is exalted, the officer corps is respected. In the Russian Federation, civil society is critical of the growth of defense spending, advocates a complete transition to a professional army.

    Abstract:
    Проблематика патриотизма не теряет своей актуальности на современном этапе развития нашего государства. В статье патриотизм рассматривается как сложное политико-правовое и историко-культурное явление. Характеризуется исторический опыт России, явивший множество примеров проявления патриотизма как беззаветного служения Родине, что служит примером для молодежи. Анализируется правовая основа патриотизма – нормативно-правовые акты. Дается правовое определение патриотизма как одной из основ конституционного строя и государственного суверенитета. Оценивается действие Государственной программы «Патриотическое воспитание граждан Российской Федерации». Поясняется роль социальных институтов (семьи, образования, армии), призванных помочь в вопросах патриотического воспитания и реализации перспективных государственных проектов. Делается вывод о сложности и многоаспектности такого явления, как патриотизм, его влиянии на развитие современной России.

    The article emphasizes that the fight against extremism and terrorism, as a complex problem, has become one of the priorities in the fight against crime for states at the global and regional levels. The level of development of legal acts in the field of countering extremism and terrorism, the severity of punishment for crimes of extremist and terrorist orientation in some countries are analyzed. It is concluded that in modern legislation of different countries, there is no single approach to the definition of the concepts of "terrorism" and "extremism", there is no uniform approach to the system and types of punishments.     Abstract:
    The authors of the article focus on the difficulties experienced by younger students in mastering the spelling norms of the Russian language. This is the inability to immediately distinguish in the consciousness of the signified and signifying, the inability to correctly determine the word stress and a number of others. The teacher should know the methods of formation of students ' concept of "phoneme" and the ability to recognize other phonetic units of the language. It is emphasized that the phonetic work should precede the graphic one, based on the development of the speech-motor apparatus. The authors present a description of some methods of formation of the phonetic competence, such as: exercises on the distinction between words as lexical units and as a "phonetic word", the correct syllabification, accent, modelling, awareness similarsocial functions.
