    Abstract:
    The article presents various points of view and approaches of leading scientists specializing in the field of theory of state and law in the interpretation of such a concept as civil society. Particular attention is paid to the interpretation and analysis of ways to prevent crime by citizens. Dialectical, systemic and functional methods of studying the problem are used, and ways to solve it are also given.

    Abstract:
    The authors actualized the issues of the organization of pedagogical support of students of higher school. Modern processes in the economic, political and social spheres of our state have a direct impact on the formation of higher education as a social institution. The main role of higher education is the formation of professional human capital. In this regard, there is a need to search for new effective technologies that would ensure the formation of a specialist as a professional and as a person. One of the most effective technologies that solves the tasks set is pedagogical support of students of higher school. The authors revealed the psychological and organizational features of accompanying students. The historical background and evolution of the development of support as a pedagogical technology are presented.
