    Abstract:
    The relevance of the research topic lies in the need for continuous improvement of the management system of state-owned enterprises based on the analysis of estimated performance indicators and identification of existing problems. The object of the study is the state unitary enterprise of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Kaluga Region Kaluga MTS (hereinafter abbreviated as MTS). SE KO «Kaluga MTS»). The subject of the research is the management system of the Kaluga MTS State Enterprise. The theoretical basis of the research was domestic and foreign scientific periodicals, textbooks, and materials from scientific and practical conferences and monographs. The information base was the official website of the enterprise, its financial statements and reports of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kaluga region. During the preparation of the material, such methods as computational-analytical, structural-logical, monographic, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis were used.

The article analyzes the evolution of coaching from Galvey's idea and Whitmore's GROW model to professionalization through ICF, evaluates modern technologies and identifies possible further development paths.

    В статье рассматривается проблема управления карьерой персонала в сфере HoReCa в условиях кадрового дефицита, обосновывается актуальность применения коучинга как эффективного инструмента индивидуального карьерного планирования, позволяющего повысить мотивацию, снизить текучесть кадров и обеспечить баланс между профессиональными целями сотрудников и потребностями организации. В работе представлен алгоритм внедрения коучинговых технологий для карьерного планирования персонала в HoReCa, включающий этапы диагностики, разработки программ, внедрения и сопровождения, мониторинга и оценки результатов. Автор определяет основные сложности при внедрении коучинга в организации HoReCa, а также возможные пути преодоления этих препятствий.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study lies in understanding the development of cognitive and regulatory functions in primary school-age children, which is crucial for their adaptation to the modern socio-cultural context. Rapid changes in technology and education require the development of volitional processes such as attention, memory, planning, and self-organization, key for academic and social adaptation. The study was conducted with a sample of 60 children (ages 8-9) from the Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31 in Ishim. Diagnostic techniques assessed various aspects of volitional functions: goal-setting, forecasting, planning, correction, flexibility, adaptability, and reflection. Methods used included "Template," "Running Goose," "Simple Instructions Test," "Circles," and others, with data analysis performed using the φ* criterion – Fisher’s angular transformation. Most children’s voluntary cognitive and regulatory functions are in an active process of formation, with their components developing unevenly. Prediction, adaptability, and mnemonic abilities develop faster and more efficiently than goal setting, planning, correction, flexibility of actions, reflection, and attentional abilities. The study confirms the need for psychological and pedagogical support to enhance volitional functions in younger schoolchildren, aiding their successful academic and social adaptation.

  • Modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical support in the educational environment: individualization, digitalization and prevention of emotional burnout

    Abstract:
    The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

Однако тот факт, что развитие экономической деятельности влечет за собой увеличение негативного воздействия на окружающую среду, учитывается не всегда. Свободный порт Владивосток является важным элементом экономики Дальнего Востока России и примером реализации принципов устойчивого развития, которое подразумевает гармоничное сочетание экономических, социальных и экологических аспектов. В статье рассматривается, как эти принципы реализованы на примере свободного порта Владивосток.

Авторами отмечается, что при исследовании развития «неонатицида» в России рассматривается отсутствие детализации важных элементов его состава, медицинских критериев определения вменяемости женщин в послеродовый период при совершении ими противоправных действий, подпадающих под понятие «неонатицид». Сделан вывод о недостаточности знаний о таком виде преступления, как «неонатицид», об отсутствии медицинских и правовых критериев в особенностях совершения женщинами «неонатицида».

    Professional development of teachers is an important component of education quality. The paper presents the results of a study on the impact of a teacher training program on classroom teaching practices. A comparison is made of teachers' teaching practices in the areas of planning, implementation, and evaluation before and after participation in the program. The study found that the professional development program has a statistically significant and positive impact on planning, implementation, and evaluation practices. These results serve as evidence of the importance of teacher training in terms of changes in classroom teaching practices.

    The chapter deals with the problem of developing didactic materials using digital technologies in the context of medical education. The key aspects of using digital tools to create training resources aimed at improving the quality of training specialists in the field of medicine are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the experience of introducing digital didactic materials into the educational process of natural science disciplines. Examples and a brief description of didactic materials developed using digital technologies are considered. The advantages of using digital technologies are discussed, which consist in the adaptation of teachers and students to modern educational technologies, the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process, the individualization of learning and the formation of practical skills among students. The issues of methodological support for teachers necessary for the effective use of digital didactic materials are discussed, and the impact of digitalization on traditional forms of education is discussed. The results of research demonstrating the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in medical education are presented. The positive influence of digital tools on the formation of clinical thinking and research skills among medical students was noted.
