    Abstract:
    The article examines contemporary approaches to teaching medical students an inquiry dialogue within the framework of history taking. It provides a description and analysis of both traditional and innovative methods of developing professional communication skills, including simulation-based learning, the use of standardized patients, mobile video technologies and the scenario-strategic approach. Special attention is given to the integration of various educational strategies in accordance with instructional goals, students’ proficiency levels, and the specifics of clinical tasks. It is proved that a comprehensive approach to teaching contributes not only to the formation of linguistic and communicative competences but also to the development of critical thinking, professional motivation and the readiness of future physicians for real clinical practice.     В статье рассматривается значение симуляционного обучения в современной системе подготовки медицинских кадров. На примере работы симуляционного центра медицинского университета исследуются ключевые аспекты внедрения и использования симуляционных технологий в образовательном процессе. Анализируются такие параметры, как частота посещений студентами симуляционного центра, его востребованность различными кафедрами, достаточность учебного времени, отводимого на симуляционное обучение, а также субъективная оценка его эффективности участниками образовательного процесса. Результаты исследования демонстрируют существующий разрыв между потенциальными возможностями симуляционного обучения и реальной практикой его применения. Выявлены как безусловные преимущества данного подхода, включая безопасную среду для отработки практических навыков, так и системные проблемы его интеграции в учебный процесс.

    Abstract:
    The article raises the issue of using innovative learning technologies, high-tech simulation equipment in the process of training future doctors. These technologies significantly improve the quality of education, contribute to the formation of professional competencies and clinical thinking, and also help to acquire the skills necessary for the activity of a healthcare professional. The purpose of the scientific work is to clarify the attitude of medical students to the use of simulation learning technologies and their readiness to use them in the educational process. To achieve this goal, a two-part questionnaire was conducted. The first part of the questionnaire was aimed at assessing the respondents' attitude to work in a high–tech environment, the second part was aimed at clarifying the attitude of students to various technologies in simulation training centers. The results of the survey showed that the vast majority of medical students are aware of the need to use simulation technologies in the educational process, as they allow them to master therapeutic and diagnostic manipulations without involving patients. There is no doubt that innovative learning technologies are an integral part of the educational process. The results obtained convince us that simulation training centers create the necessary safe environment for both medical students and patients, and also help to accumulate experience that will later be applied by young specialists in their medical practice.

Поднимается проблематика внедрения современных компьютеризированных симуляторов в учебный процесс вузов. Обсуждается возможность применения данных методик в новых образовательных программах для обучающихся медицинских вузов. Демонстрируются возможности применения технологий симуляционного обучения для подготовки специалистов в различных областях медицины и его преимущества по сравнению со стандартными методиками обучения.

Использование моделирования в медицинском образовании имеет долгую историю и доказало свою эффективность в совершенствовании клинических навыков и результатов лечения пациентов. Продолжаются исследования в области разработки и внедрения этих технологий, и ожидается, что они продолжат играть важную роль в медицинском образовании в будущем.

    В статье рассматривается опыт применения симуляционного обучения в рамках современных образовательных практик при подготовке обучающихся в медицинских вузах на примере Центра симуляционного обучения студентов и специалистов, созданного на базе Ростовского государственного медицинского университета; сделаны выводы относительно необходимости применения симуляционного обучения в процессе подготовки будущих специалистов-медиков с целью формирования у них необходимых профессиональных компетенций, уровень сформированности которых подтверждается итогами первичной аккредитации специалистов.
