    Abstract:
    This article examines the principles of domestic legal policy, the principles of international legal policy, as well as the relationship between these two groups of principles of legal policy. As a result of the study, we come to the conclusion that the principles of domestic and international legal policy are interconnected with each other, which is especially clearly manifested in the context of globalization. It has been established that the principles of international legal policy, as well as the principles of international law in general, are also generally recognized, since they extend their action to the entire international community, all subjects of international legal policy   Отправить отз
