    Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation. The study is aimed at media security specialists.

On the other hand, their use is also associated with risks such as loss of privacy, manipulation of consciousness and dependence on technology. The influence of algorithms on the formation of public opinion and the emotional state of users is analyzed, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of the introduction of AI in areas related to mental health are considered.   • Features of using neural network platforms for teaching foreign languages in a non-linguistic university

    This study was conducted to find out the advantages and disadvantages of teaching a foreign language at a non-linguistic university using neural network platforms and to compare such training with traditional teaching of foreign languages. During the research, an analysis of the features of neural networks and learning platforms based on them was carried out. The author of the article conducted experimental training in order to compare the success of mastering lexical and grammatical foreign language material when learning on the Duolingo neural network platform with traditional foreign language teaching. As a result of the study, the author discovered that when learning on neural network platforms, students experience difficulties at the stages of forming and maintaining motivation, presenting new foreign language material, comprehending and rethinking. These difficulties are associated with the risk of cognitive devaluation of students’ memory, the Google effect, the inability of neural networks to structure information, clip thinking, and the lack of comparison of new foreign language phenomena with their analogues in the students’ native language and native culture. At the same time, in the process of experimental training, the author found that vocabulary acquisition occurs more effectively when learning on neural network platforms. In addition, according to the results of the survey, students like to study a foreign language on neural network platforms due to the abundance of game components of such learning. In conclusion, the article provides ways to mitigate and level out the identified shortcomings of learning on neural network platforms, the main of which is the organization of blended learning, in which the teacher forms and maintains student motivation, presents new foreign language material, activates students’ conceptual critical thinking with the help of appropriate exercises, and students perform lexical and grammatical exercises on the neural network platform.

The increasing integration of AI in various scientific domains and daily life prompts its consideration in medical and musical applications. The primary objective is to assess the efficacy of AI-generated music in music therapy settings. To achieve this, a multi-faceted approach combining synthesis, analysis, induction, deduction, and descriptive methods is employed. Additionally, the historical-genetic method is utilized to trace the genesis and evolution of the music therapy-AI intersection. The practical implications of this research are profound, as the findings can inform the development of music therapy practices that incorporate AI. Initial findings suggest that AI enables a more individualized approach in music therapy, which is advantageous. Furthermore, AI-assisted melody creation for therapeutic purposes is significantly faster than traditional methods relying solely on human composition. Consequently, this study underscores the novelty and significance of AI in music therapy research.

    This paper presents a comprehensive examination of the current state of generative AI music and the associated challenges that accompany its development. Through a detailed analysis of recent advancements, this paper also proposes potential strategies for achieving high-quality development in this emerging field. The examination focuses on three key areas: technical advancements, creative applications, and ethical considerations [13]. Nowadays, when technology is moving forward, it is obvious that they will penetrate into music. Currently, melodies written with the help of artificial intelligence are becoming more and more popular, and therefore the relevance of studying this problem is increasing, since it is not always clear whether the use of AI in the creation of musical works has a positive effect from the point of view of ethics. The purpose of this study is to characterize and determine the place of artificial intelligence in art, and especially in musical art. According to the results of the research in this article, we came to the conclusion that the use of AI in music can make the process of its creation faster and simpler, as well as more customer-oriented, but it is necessary to understand that there are limitations. For example, a machine can take away a person's job, which will lead to unemployment. The article suggests for practical significance the need to reform the existing legislation in the field of AI and establish clear boundaries of its validity.

    The presented chapter partially reveals the problem of transforming the methods of management of developed and developing countries under the influence of mass application in the economy cognitive and additive technologies. The chapter considers partially changes in the work of financial and construction sectors as having multiplicative effect on other branches of economy. With few exceptions, the names of modern firms, banks, investment funds not used to make the author look interested. The theoretical basis is works of Nobel laureates of last decade on the economy. The author’s estimative opinion is based on methods of synthesis and extrapolation of existing phenomena. The dialectical approach helps to place these phenomena in the unfolding picture of the world. The result of the work is a description of hypothetical directions of transformation of the modern economic model of the world economy in terms of acceleration of capital movement, reduction of inequality and extreme poverty. Rich countries can strengthen their financial groups by integrating intelligent construction with smart contracts and the process of investing in financial markets. Municipalities can manage a city with a clear understanding of the cost of each decision and see all parties involved in the process of transforming the urban environment on the way to reducing pollution. A medium-sized country could address the uncontrolled demand and supply in regional real estate markets and urban slum growth. This may be linked to migration levels and international remittance flows. A smart construction industry for agricultural regions allows people to quickly repair and build their homes after climate change, soil destruction and military upheaval, with poor roads and lack of civil engineers. This can be done through international financial groups and international assistance.

    Abstract:
    At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIEF–2023), the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin presented a new concept for the development of a country with a sovereign economy. This time, the president did not as much emphasize and highlight priorities, as he summarized the theoretical and methodological basis for the announced model. The President answered the fundamental question: how and in what way will the new Russian economy be built – «the economy of supply». We are talking about the transition to a qualitatively new level of development – to a sovereign economy that not only reacts to market conditions and takes into account demand, but also forms this demand. Such an economy is often called the «supply economy» and presupposes a large-scale increase in production forces and the expansion of the service sector, the widespread creation of new modern industrial facilities and entire industries, including in those areas "... where we have not yet proven ourselves properly, but there are scientific opportunities, creative potential that we have, of course» – that's how V.V. Putin described the contours of the new development model. The main principles will be: orientation of the education system on employment of graduates; expansion of entrepreneurial activity; increasing the attractiveness of Russia as a state of central jurisdiction for conducting global business and preventing the transfer of funds from the country abroad; ensuring investment growth; maximum spread of the «lean production» system; automation and mastering of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
