    Abstract:
    At the beginning of the 21st century, China adopted a strategy of “going global”. In the first decade of the 21st century, much has been written about the growing international presence of the People's Republic of China, especially in developing regions such as Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. China-Latin America relations have deepened significantly in recent years so much, that the first decade of the 21st century can be called the “Chinese decade of Latin America.” However, as predicted at the very beginning, Latin America's trade relations with China are characterized by exports of primary goods from the region and imports of manufactured goods from China. The commodity boom driven by China undoubtedly helped the region weather the global financial crisis that broke out in 2008/2009. Latin American politicians are increasingly concerned about the imbalance of their trade schemes, especially as the Asian giant is going through an economic decline, commodity prices tend to decrease.

    Abstract:
    Currently, tourism is a backbone of the economy, and together with its associated sectors, it effectively combines many activities for global economic development. According to UNWTO data, tourism forms national competitive advantages and accounts for almost 11% of world GDP, introduces more than 4 trillion dollars into turnover, and for a number of countries, revenues from the tourism industry correspond to the basis in the country's budget. Currently, tourism is developing in the context of a deep crisis associated with the pandemic and the emergence of new strains of COVID-19, as well as with measures of external sanctions pressure caused by global political processes, which led to the need to revise traditional approaches to the leading tourism sectors – inbound and outbound, and in particular, international. International tourism has been largely affected by the coronavirus, as demand for services, the largest sources of foreign exchange earnings, has sharply decreased. The research problems are based on methodological approaches reflecting the issues of active transformation of global processes of world practice in the development of the tourism industry and its most important sectors. Technological and digital transformations are considered as key factors in the development of tourism. Possible trajectories of further tourism development are scientifically justified – transactional and infrastructural.

  • Beijing – Tianjin – Hebei Urban Agglomeration at the Present Stage of Development

    В статье приводятся данные о современном состоянии экономического развития городской агломерации Пекин – Тяньцзинь – Хэбэй (ПТХ), Китай. В работе рассмотрены стоящие перед регионом задачи и проводимые в нём административные преобразования. Сделан вывод, что основными задачами в развитии ПТХ являются оптимизация распределения ресурсов, включающая модернизацию промышленности провинции Хэбэй, перенос некоторых функций Пекина в соседние районы, развитие Тяньцзиня как технологического и финансового центра, а также развитие транспортной системы и защита окружающей среды. Кроме того, была обозначена роль нового района Сюнъань, призванного стать инновационным центром ПТХ.

    В статье приводятся данные о географии, истории формирования и современном уровне инфраструктурного и экономического развития городской агломерации региона дельты Янцзы (РДЯ), Китай. Рассмотрены перспективы развития этой территории в ближайшем будущем, а также происходящие в ней административные преобразования. Сделан вывод о том, что РДЯ – это городская агломерация с высокой степенью интеграции, которую китайское правительство рассматривает как основной фактор в стимулировании экономического роста страны и как поле для внедрения новейших административных практик.

    В рамках концепции «Один пояс, один путь» Китаю и России необходимо не только сотрудничество в политике и экономике, но и углубленный обмен в сфере образования. Трансграничное высшее образование между двумя странами – неизбежный результат развития их двусторонних отношений. В статье предпринята попытка проанализировать перспективы и проблемы китайско-российского трансграничного высшего образования, а также определены перспективы и направления развития сотрудничества Китая и России в сфере обменов в высшем образовании. Цель работы – выявить существующие проблемы в указанной области и поразмышлять над текущей ситуацией, чтобы определить условия, способствующие развитию высшего образования в двух странах в рамках национальной стратегии.

    В статье приводятся данные об актуальном состоянии транспортной инфраструктуры Китая в период 2017–2020 гг. в таких сферах, как скоростные железные дороги (ВСЖД), автодороги и гражданская авиация (ГА). Кроме того, был указан ряд характерных для каждой сферы мегапроектов. Сделан вывод о том, что транспортная сфера КНР бурно развивается и по многим направлениям выходит на лидирующие позиции в мире. Отмечено, что установленные в 13-м пятилетнем плане задачи были успешно выполнены.

    Проект поворота китайских рек – крупнейший в мире мегапроект по переброске речного стока, целью которого является ликвидация недостатка воды в северных районах Китая за счёт использования бассейнов южных рек. В работе раскрываются причины его строительства, структура, мощность, а также влияние на экономику затрагиваемых им регионов. По результатам исследования сделан вывод о том, что, хотя проект выполняет поставленные перед ним задачи, его экономическая целесообразность неоднозначна и оспаривается многими исследователями.

With the development of Russian electronic commerce and the further expansion of Sino-Russian trade, cross-border electronic commerce has become a new model of Sino-Russian economic cooperation.
