Особое внимание уделяется практическим аспектам оказания психологической помощи, включая информирование, консультирование и организацию групповых форм работы.

  • Features of self-regulation of older adolescent students with different levels of reflection

    Abstract:
    The article examines the features of self-regulation of educational activity in senior adolescents depending on their level of reflexivity. At the first stage, reflexivity levels were determined in 257 students of grades 10–11 and 1–2-year medical college students using the reflexivity questionnaire by A.V. Karpov and V.V. Ponomareva and the differential reflexivity test by D.A. Leontiev and E.N. Osin. At the second stage, the features of self-regulation among adolescents with different levels of reflexivity were studied using the questionnaire "Style of Self-Regulation of Academic Activity – SSUD-M" by V.I. Morosanova. The results showed a predominance of the average level of reflexivity, a complete absence of a high level, and a significant proportion of adolescents with low reflexivity. Statistically significant differences in indicators of systemic reflection and introspection between groups with low and average reflexivity were revealed. Adolescents with an average reflexivity level demonstrated higher rates of planning, programming, evaluation of results, responsibility and independence in educational activities compared to peers with low reflexivity. The obtained data confirm the importance of reflection as a psychological mechanism contributing to successful self-regulation of educational activity and emphasize the need for targeted psychological and pedagogical work aimed at developing reflexive abilities of senior adolescents in the educational process.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study lies in understanding the development of cognitive and regulatory functions in primary school-age children, which is crucial for their adaptation to the modern socio-cultural context. Rapid changes in technology and education require the development of volitional processes such as attention, memory, planning, and self-organization, key for academic and social adaptation. The study was conducted with a sample of 60 children (ages 8-9) from the Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31 in Ishim. Diagnostic techniques assessed various aspects of volitional functions: goal-setting, forecasting, planning, correction, flexibility, adaptability, and reflection. Methods used included "Template," "Running Goose," "Simple Instructions Test," "Circles," and others, with data analysis performed using the φ* criterion – Fisher’s angular transformation. Most children’s voluntary cognitive and regulatory functions are in an active process of formation, with their components developing unevenly. Prediction, adaptability, and mnemonic abilities develop faster and more efficiently than goal setting, planning, correction, flexibility of actions, reflection, and attentional abilities. The study confirms the need for psychological and pedagogical support to enhance volitional functions in younger schoolchildren, aiding their successful academic and social adaptation.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлен анализ основных составляющих процесса развития основ эмоциональной регуляции детей старшего дошкольного возраста. Приведены результаты исследования особенностей развития эмоциональной регуляции у старших дошкольников. Аргументируется необходимость развития у дошкольников умений понимать собственные эмоции, адекватно их выражать, дифференцировать эмоциональные состояния сверстников и взрослых, стимулировать формирование эмпатии, умений вербализации и идентификации собственных эмоций. Делается вывод о том, что развивающая работа с применением приемов психогимнастики будет стимулировать формирование основ регуляции эмоциональных процессов.
