Аннотация
В главе рассмотрены понятие «удовлетворенность трудом», «мотивация профессиональной деятельности», «удовлетворенность жизнью». Представлено исследование взаимосвязи мотивации профессиональной деятельности, жизни и труда у сотрудников строительных организаций (количество респондентов – 100 человек).
