- Abstract:
- The outbreak of COVID-19, which began in December 2019, was declared an emergency in the field of public health of international importance by the World Health Organization on January 30, 2020, and a pandemic on March 11. The coronavirus epidemic has become one of the main threats to the global economy and financial markets. A paradoxical situation has developed in many countries: Governments needed to stop the spread of a new global disease, but restrictions on movement, quarantine, suspension of activities in many enterprises, as well as the transition to remote work from home have severely shaken the economic condition of these countries. Understanding all the negative consequences of the coronavirus, the state has taken certain steps to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and to restore the economy. In this article, we will look at the problems that COVID-19 has led to, as well as specific measures to support the state in the economic, social and health spheres.
