Abstract

The article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the development of learning communications as a field of application of modern information and communication technologies in the system of higher education. The structure of educational communications is revealed, including such components as: didactic, information-gnostic, interactive, attractive-motivating, value-based, etc.
