Abstract

В практикуме изложены методы световой микроскопии, приемы изготовления временных и постоянных микропрепаратов, способы фиксации и окрашивания микропрепаратов. Практикум включает 6 лабораторных работ, содержащих полные методические указания для самостоятельной работы студентов на лабораторных занятиях, а также материалы для самопроверки и подготовки к практическим занятиям по дисциплине. Практикум предназначен для студентов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки 06.03.01 «Биология».
