Abstract

В данной статье автор поднимает вопросы укрепления самостоятельности поселенческого уровня местного самоуправления. Как отмечает автор, в истории местного управления в Чувашии отразились основные события и явления развития абсолютизма в XVIII – первой половине XIX вв.
