Abstract

Во все времена человека определяли не его качества, способности или принадлежность к той или иной родовой связи, а априори тот выбор, который он вынужден совершить. В работе отмечено, что последние два десятилетия российская система образовательных технологий проходит трансформацию на образовательные программы, преимущественно ориентированные на западные технологии.
