Abstract

В статье рассматриваются результаты социологического опроса, проведенного среди молодых специалистов в учреждениях среднего общего образования Свердловской области. Автором описывается, как ФГОС ВО 44.03.01 Педагогическое образование 4 декабря 2015 г. оказывает свое влияние на фактор организационной педагогической культуры в процессе социальной адаптации педагогов-бакалавров в системе общего образования.
