Abstract

Деструктивное поведение сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы представляет серьезную проблему для функционирования пенитенциарных учреждений и ведомственных образовательных организаций. Проведенный научный анализ фокусируется на выявлении первопричин дезадаптивного поведения личного состава уголовно-исполнительной системы, разработке комплексной системы превентивных мер и механизмов нивелирования негативных поведенческих проявлений среди сотрудников пенитенциарного ведомства.
