Abstract

В статье рассматриваются многогранные аспекты коррупции в правоохранительных органах: ее влияние на доверие граждан, целостность институтов и эффективность правосудия. Анализируются различные формы коррупционных практик (взяточничество, злоупотребление должностными полномочиями, фальсификация доказательств и др.) и их воздействие на стабильность общества и верховенство права.
