Abstract
The article examines the key components of architecture integrated into the discipline of "Life Safety" in order to ensure the safety of the urban environment and increase the sustainability of buildings. Rational organization of space, energy-efficient and autonomous life support systems, fire safety, environmental sustainability and inclusive design are the main aspects influencing architectural decisions.
Modern design approaches that take into account natural and man-made risks, as well as the impact of the urban environment on human safety and comfort, are analyzed. The methods of increasing the resilience of buildings to emergency situations are considered, including the use of fire-resistant materials, intelligent control systems, safe transport solutions and barrier-free architecture.
