Abstract

В рамках статьи рассматриваются вопросы о конституционных правах и свободах человека и гражданина в Российской Федерации. В частности, речь идет об анализе специфики механизмы реализации прав и свобод, их нормативных оснований конституционного характера, судебной практики.
