Abstract

Статья проводит обзор текущего состояния и перспектив развития международных инвестиционных арбитражей. Авторы анализируют ключевые тренды, влияющие на развитие этого инструмента, такие как увеличение числа инвестиционных споров и рост вовлечения стран с развивающимися рыночными потенциалами. В статье также рассматриваются перспективы развития, включая гибридные формы разрешения споров, укрепление принципов прозрачности и открытости, а также интеграцию альтернативных методов разрешения споров.
