Abstract

The article contains the results of a study of the competencies of 135 CEO-2 level managers on the topic: “Competencies of highly effective leaders 2023.” The analysis showed interesting relationships between the value levels of respondents and the competencies they chose. A total of 300 responses were received. The competencies proposed by the leaders were grouped into 9 main areas and a value analysis was carried out on them. Key findings: Russian managers are more likely to engage in strong, charismatic leadership behaviors than their counterparts around the world. At the same time, they also have a noticeable breadth of requests in terms of value levels, which, of course, coaches of top officials need to take into account in their work. The mechanisms of approaches in management activities are built on three main value bases: a fairly strong manifestation of crisis management, with a request for professionalism and responsibility through the ability to develop and motivate employee
