Abstract

The article examines the evacuation of industrial enterprises from the frontline areas of the Soviet Union located in the Saratov region. The article studies what specialization the evacuated factories were, from which regions and cities they were moved, where they were housed upon arrival, what production they produced at the place, where the evacuated workers were housed, how the entire evacuation process was managed.
