Глобализация, с одной стороны, и закрытость границ, с другой, подталкивают участников процесса коммуникации, и особенно научных сотрудников, молодых ученых, к изучению иностранных языков, которое в настоящее время зачастую сводится к работе с иноязычными текстами профессиональной направленности. Традиционные методы обучения иностранному языку, основанные на грамматических подходах, неэффективны в решении проблемы развития языковой компетенции при работе с большими объемами информации. Целью данной работы является экспериментальная оценка эффективности методики смыслового анализа юридических текстов с опорой на метакогнитивные стратегии текстовой деятельности. В эксперименте приняли участие студенты-юристы Юго-Западного государственного университета (Курск, Россия), которые выполняли как обычные (просмотровое чтение, поиск ключевых слов), так и специально разработанные задания (построение модели композиционной структуры текста, графическое представление текста и т. д.). Для оценки выполнения использовались специально разработанные критерии. Эксперимент показал стойкую достоверную разницу в показателях обучения и поведении студентов контрольной и экспериментальной групп. Методика способствовала совершенствованию умений текстовой деятельности студентов, ориентируя их на успех; росту удовлетворенности процессом обучения, повышению творческого и профессионального потенциала, развитию устойчивой внутренней мотивации. В результате повысился уровень владения иностранным языком.</p> </abstract>      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en"> <p>globalization on the one hand and border closure on the other hand spur communication process participants in all areas of human activities and especially young researchers into foreign language learning which is currently focused on foreign professionally-oriented texts. Traditional methods of teaching a foreign language based on grammatical approach are not effective in solving the problem of language competence development when working with professionally-oriented texts. The objective of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the method of legal texts concept analysis using a technique of metacognitive strategies in reading activity. Several groups of law students, Southwest State University (Kursk, Russia) took part in the experiment based on the above-mentioned method. Students performed both conventional (skimming, key words finding) and specially developed tasks (constructing a text compositional structure model, plotting a text graphical representation, etc.). Original criteria were used to evaluate the performance. The experiment showed a persistent significant difference in learning indicators and students’ behaviour in the control and experimental groups. The technique contributed to the development and enhancement of students’ skills improving their foreign language competence. The obtained skills facilitated communication and contributed to students’ satisfaction with the learning process, increased their creative and professional potential, students’ sustainable intrinsic motivation.</p> </trans-abstract>    <trans-abstract xml:lang="cv"> <p>Вĕренĕвĕн, ăслăлăхăн тата техникăн хальхи аталанăвĕ ăслăлăхăн хутшăну тытăмне чылай улăштаракан сăлтав пулса тăчĕ. Пĕр енчен глобализаци, тепĕр енчен чикĕсем хупă пулни хутшăнăва кĕрекенсене, уйрăмах ăслăлăх ĕçченĕсене, çамрăк ученăйсене профессипе çыхăннă ăслăлăх тексчĕсен содержанине алла илнĕ май, тĕпрен илсен, ют чĕлхесене пĕлме хистет. Пысăк калăплă информаципе ĕçленĕ чух кирлĕ хăнăхусене халь унчченхи меслетсемпе парса аталантарма май килмест. Пирĕн ĕçĕн тĕллевĕ юриспруденци тексчĕсен шухăш тытăмне текст тумалли метакогници технологийĕсем çине таянса эксперимент хакĕ парасси пулса тăрать. Эксперимента Кăнтăр хĕвел анăç патшалăх университечĕн (Курск, Раççей) юриста вĕренекен студенчĕсем хутшăнчĕç. Вĕсем яланхи заданисемсĕр (текста куçпа пахса тухни, тĕп сăмахсене тупни) пуçне ятарласа хатĕрленĕ заданисене те (текстăн композициленĕ ĕлкине майлаштарасси, текст тытăмне графика мелĕпе кăтартасси т. ыт. те) пурнăçларĕç. Студентсен ĕçне хаклама тĕллевлĕ хатĕрленĕ критерисемпе усă куртăмăр. Пирĕн сăнав тĕрĕслевре тата экспериментра пулнă студентсен ĕçĕсем пĕр-пĕринчен питĕ нумай уйрăлса тăнине кăтартрĕ. Меслетлĕх сту-дентсен текст тăвас хăнăхăвне ăнăçлă çĕнетме (студентсене хăйсем пĕлнипе кăмăллă юлма, пултарулăхпа професси хăватне ӳстерме, чунра вĕренӳ хавхине çĕклеме) май пачĕ.
