Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию необходимости проведения адаптационной стратегии торговой сети при выходе на рынки разных стран. Рассмотрен пример крупной торговой сети IKEA, приведена авторская методологическая основа адаптации ритейлеров к вызовам на рынках разных стран.
