Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению характеристики личности мошенника, изучению ее признаков, рассмотрению причин, повлиявших на совершение преступления. Также в статье приведены данные обобщения судебной практики Засвияжского районного суда города Ульяновска.
