Abstract

В статье представлены понятия «квалификация», «компетентность» и «профессиональные стандарты» как ключевые элементы профессионализма учителя. Рассмотрены основные инструменты планирования успешного профессионального развития педагога, а также факторы повышения уровня требований к академической успеваемости обучающихся.
